SOUL SYNC MEDITATION – 6 STEPS
Step 1 : Take 8 deep conscious breaths
Step 2 : Inhale deeply, and while exhaling make the humming sound of a bee. (8 times)
Step 3 : Observe the pause between inhalation and exhalation. (8 times)
Step 4 : Inhale and as you exhale inwardly chant the mantra “Aham” (8 times)
